    每一部作品在不同的人眼中都会有不同的映射，作为亲历者凭良心讲，除了我歌一些偶像化的伟光正角色塑造倾向以外，剧情九成以上都很真实，片头标注的广电总局重点推介剧也表明了这部戏的初衷，就是想让更多体制外的人认识到基层干部的日常和难处，将心比心增进互相了解。但实际上，没有感同身受的体验与经历作为基础，人与人之间的悲欢不仅不相通，反而大多数时候是鸡同鸭讲，也就难免很多人感觉无聊看不下去，实在再正常不过了。主旋律剧的尺度本身就很难把控，只能说本剧做了一次很有益的尝试，在商业化与现实化之间取得了相对不错地平衡，难为孔笙导演了。至于个别人脸谱化演技之类的细节确实不用过分纠结，看了评论区的戾气感觉宣传工作道阻且艰~...
