    总体还行，差的县几乎是破事和缺钱。官味、老气还是多了点。县长是处级，又是市里看重的人才，路还长，现在干部年轻化，应该就是40左右，或略年轻，整体设定不宜太老气（不是diss演员的意思）。
    看到20集左右已后悔，故修改评价。又是一部高开低走的剧。前期亮点纷呈，主演们演技惊人，即使情节有浮夸之处，也堪称行云流水。然而越往后越流于杰克苏套路，主角一定隐忍温存，反面角色一定心狠手辣。运筹帷幄变为宫闱厮斗，高级感大幅下降。水准最稳定的除了众人演技外，大概就是拍摄构图之美了。
