以为会是甜宠纯爱剧，结果是写实向都市励志剧。职场的暗涌，人生的抉择，彼此的安慰治愈和伤痛后的触底反弹。男女主都曾站在最深的谷底，也都选择了无论如何都保有内心的温暖和怀抱对未来的希望。“没有奇迹，没有缥缈的救赎，该来的都来了，该遭遇的也全部都遭遇了，痛苦靠时间磨平，收获全部是自己的坚持与努力，结结实实，脉络清晰。”每个人都得到了最恰到好处的结局，一分不多，一分不少，正如他们为此付出的汗水和泪水，这是里面男女主的故事，让人看着踏实笃定而心生宽慰，真好啊。

国产姐弟恋的一股清流，女主终于不是性转霸总了，细节设置也比较能跟上现在的性别观念。主要的槽点在于二十二三的体育生没有这么相敬如宾忍得住的，以及三十八集还是太长了。
