整部电影看下来，Lumet似乎对当年真相到底为何并不非常感兴趣，剧本是根据Daniel写的小说改的，重点是他如何看待父母以及他和妹妹被影响的一生。直面而来的话剧风初期还让我看着挺头疼的，每个人清晰地吐出控诉的字字句句，忽然的情绪激昂，尤其是妹妹演员极度的神经质，特别容易让人烦躁无法入戏，到了中后段才渐入佳境，我最喜欢结尾父母被电刑时的对比，讽刺意味十分强大。三星半

文章并不是做在这夫妻俩究竟是不是间谍上，而是在于daniel对这整件事的回忆，和这对他的人生和思想所带来的影响的看法。难怪吕美特会对这片子看重，因为他一贯的仁心对daniel这样的个体以及连带的他父母的信仰有着深切的体察。
