- 人设漏洞百出，情节不够连贯，拍摄手法陈旧。不过从某个意义上来说它很真实：所有恶都发生得自然且有理有据，所有善都发生得随机且莫名其妙。在这样的官场逻辑中，贪赃枉法是必然的，正义得以伸张是偶然的。
- 镜头切换混乱，叙事方法老套，时不时还有让人不能接受的穿帮镜头出现。让人没一集都能出戏。就和中国足球差在裁判一样，国产剧差就差在导演和后期制作中。关键那么多年还没有任何进步也算开了眼了。
